What should we wear? We’re calling it&nbsp;Cocktail / Semi-Formal with a Country Twist!&nbsp;Think dressed up, but with a dash of rustic charm. We’d&nbsp;love&nbsp;to see y’all dressed to the nines Ladies —cocktail dresses, maxi dresses with a little country flair!💃&nbsp;Boots are totally welcome&nbsp;(especially if you're dancing!)💡 Just remember:&nbsp;We’ll be on grass, so pick shoes that won’t sink—wedges, block heels, boots, or flats are perfect. Gentlemen - We’re keeping it&nbsp;cowboy classy.Throw on a&nbsp;suit jacket, tie, your best jeans, boots, and of course—your cowboy hat.Yes, you’ll look like a million bucks.

Can I bring a plus one? Due to limited space at our venue, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on the invitation.If your invitation didn’t include a plus one, we’re unfortunately unable to offer additional spots.We truly wish we could celebrate with everyone and hope you understand. Your presence means the world to us!

Where should we park? If you're driving yourself, there is plenty of space for parking at the venue. Please drive responsibly. If you're staying in town and taking the bus out to the venue, parking will be available at your hotel. Either way, we've got you covered!

Is there accommodation? Yes — there’s camping available at the venue for anyone who’d like to stay on-site.Just bring your own gear and enjoy a night under the stars! If camping’s not your style, we’ve also reserved room blocks at The Horse and Jockey for your convenience. It’s just a short trip from the venue, and a bus service will be provided to get you to the venue however you will have to find your own way back.

How do we get home at the end of the night? Guests will need to arrange their own transport home after the celebrations. We’ve informed the local cab company about our wedding, so there should be plenty of taxis available on the night. Just to be safe! Although it’s mentioned in the accommodation section, just a reminder that you’re very welcome to camp if you’d prefer to stay overnight and not worry about the journey home.

If you’re driving, just be sure to double-check directions and give yourself a little extra time between venues. We truly can’t wait to celebrate with you!

BUS INFORMATION When submitting your RSVP, please indicate whether you plan to use the bus service. This will help us make the necessary arrangements and ensure all guests are comfortably accommodated. There will be two pick-up locations:The Horse and JockeyThe Hermitage Both buses will transport guests to the ceremony at Swanfels. After the ceremony, buses will return everyone to The Hermitage for happy hour and the evening reception. Pick-up times and full transport details will be shared once final guest numbers are confirmed.

Located in Warwick, Nightcap at Horse &amp; Jockey Hotel Warwick offers a bar. Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, room service and an ATM, along with free WiFi. The hotel features family rooms.
